I collaborate with product managers to expand, refine, and launch service offerings as well as lead improvements to internal tools and processes.

Previously, I contracted with Indeed as one of their first resume reviewers and helped them pilot resume writing services. I produced over 1,000 video resume reviews and hundreds of written resumes for job seekers from all walks of life, and I also contributed to multiple Live by Indeed broadcasts.

I have conducted in-depth consultations and crafted branding packages for 100+ executive clients. Working underneath "LinkedIn Top Voice" Jessica Hernandez, I curate branding/positioning for clients across resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, executive biographies, value proposition letters, board documents, and more.

I crafted branded materials and job search strategies for over 40 mid-level and executive clients, serving as their guide to the job search. Through weekly meetings, I coached clients to source opportunities, maximize LinkedIn, ace interviews, and negotiate offers.

Resume Writer

I originally worked with Ladders to update resumes for their members before then-CEO Marc Cenedella recruited me to help him pioneer his new venture, Leet Resumes. I worked closely with him to set resume standards and refine a scalable workflow for resume writing, personally producing thousands of resumes and laying the groundwork for startup growth.

Leveraging my university and career knowledge, I helped hundreds of international students apply to top 20 MBA programs in the U.S. and Europe (Wharton, Stanford, HBS, INSEAD, Booth, etc). I contributed expertise in resume writing, essay development, and school-specific interview prep.

Assistant Director, Academic & Career Coaching

I had the joy of serving as the dedicated academic advisor and career coach for a caseload of 600+ undergraduate business students. I guided "undecided" business students in career exploration and served as the academic and career expert for students majoring in Management Information Systems, Operations & Supply Chain Management, and Business Analytics, giving me insight into many in-demand career pathways in tech and business.

Beyond 1:1 coaching, I planned, organized, and executed new student orientation activities for the Belk College of Business and guided other initiatives for peer advising, sophomore career development, and more.
